What is your return(s)/exchange(s) policy?

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN(S) NOR OFFER ANY REFUNDS FOR ANY ITEMS SOLD UNLESS THE ITEM(S) IS/ARE DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT. HOWEVER, WE ACCEPT EXCHANGE(S) WITH ITEM(S) OF THE SAME VALUE OR MORE.

PRODUCTS ON SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGES.

Our exchange(s) policy allows product exchange(s) within 7 days of the date of purchase, any exchange(s) afterwards will not be entertained. Only items that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in sellable condition can be exchanged.

Please note that we only allow one exchange per receipt and will not entertain any exchange(s) after the first exchange. We advice customers to take measurements in advance to avoid incorrect fits.

Dynamic Sports reserves the right to vary these policies at any time without prior notice.

How can I exchange an item I bought in-store and online?

To be eligible for an exchange, you must bring the product in its original condition that you received it together with the original receipt to the same store that you bought it from. Any accompanying tags must be intact and in original packaging.

The condition of the item will determine whether any exchange(s) can be guaranteed.

Can I receive a refund?

Unfortunately, we strictly do not offer 'cash' refunds but we do offer exchange of item(s) of the same value.
