Customers would be able to purchase our product online now and also be able to select their preferred delivery method which is either Delivery or Pick-up. Our delivery service will cease to operate from 6pm (Evening) and Onwards. We would still receive your Online orders and will respond to them accordingly in the next following day.

In-Store Pickup

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your order and we will contact you by email / WhatsApp again shortly once your order is ready for collection.

Please bring along the email receipt and your IC for our reference.

Standard Home Delivery

Our standard home delivery service is made during our Office Hours*.
*(9am - 6pm Daily)

Deliver time:
  • Brunei-Muara:  1 - 2 days.
  • Tutong, Temburong, & Belait:  2 - 4 days.
Delivery Costs:
  • Brunei-Muara District - BND$3
    (Minimum purchase of BND$25)

  • Tutong District - BND$6
    (Minimum purchase of BND$50)

  • Belait District - BND$12
    (Minimum purchase of BND$50)

  • Temburong District - BND$6
    (Minimum purchase of BND$50)

  • Total Purchase of:-
    BND$80 and above - FREE Delivery (For Brunei-Muara District only).
    BND$180 and above - FREE Delivery (Tutong, Belait, & Temburong Districts).

What are the Payment Methods?

Customers would able to select their preferred Payment Method in the Checkout system of our Website.

Payment Methods:
  1. Cash on Collection
    Customer would pay cash/debit or credit card at our retail store's counter and pick-up their orders. This type of Payment Method is only for pick-ups/collection from our Store only.
  2. Cash on Delivery
    Customer would pay cash to our Delivery person once the orders have reach the Customer's address or Meeting point.
    Make sure you would have the correct amount at hand; Totaled Purchase(s) + Delivery Fee and provide proof/evidence that you are indeed the buyer of the orders.
  3. Bank Transfer
    Customer use a cashless payment by transferring funds/money from one account (Customer's Bank Account) to another account. This can be done manually at the ATM or digitally through Online Banking Application.

What is the standard home delivery process?

When we receive your order, we would prepare them and transfer it to our staff who will deliver them at your doorstep. Our standard home delivery is made during our Office Hours(9am - 6pm Daily) of your order dispatched. Customer must purchase a minimum of BND$25(Brunei-Muara) and BND$50(Tutong, Temburong, & Belait District) in order for delivery to be possible. For those within the Brunei-Muara District, any purchases for BND$80 and above will be entitled to FREE delivery. The other 3 Districts (Tutong, Temburong, & Belait) would have to make a total purchase of BND$180 to be entitled to a FREE delivery.

After you have made your orders, with your preferred Shipping Method and Payment Method. If you have select Bank Transfer as payment method, please do take note delivery will only proceed once payment has been made. Proof of successful transaction are require(Screenshots). Then you would have to message our Staff with mentioned Screenshot that payment has been from your side. Then our Staff would confirm if it is indeed successful on our side. If so, our staff would ready-up your orders for delivery to your home.

Please make sure to provide the necessary proofs (Screenshots/Pictures); Order Receipt from our Website, Receipt of Payment, and your Identification Card. This is to be use as reference to be shown to our Delivery Staff once arrive at your home.

It is a must for customer to provide their contact numbers (Mobile phone) in order for our Staff to contact for any updates.

Can I track my order?

If you would like to track your order, you can contact us through e-mail and provide your receipt number for our reference.

Our team will reply and notify you of the current state of your order.

Please note that once your dispatched email has been sent, there can sometime be a delay between it being sent and the carrier receiving the order.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our main outlet located at:

Unit No. 7, 8, 9, Block B, Lot 71168, Kampung Beribi,
Mukim Gadong B, Jalan Gadong, Brunei Muara District, Brunei Darussalam.

Do you provide shipping services worldwide?

At the moment, we do not provide any shipping services.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be packaged in its designated boxes or package which will all be within a standard package delivery box.

Is there a charge for store collection?

There are no charges for pick-up / store collection of your orders from our online store.

Can I assign someone to collect the order on my behalf?

Yes, you are allowed to do so. However for security reasons, the person collecting the item(s) will need to present the e-mail confirmation of your order(s) which is sent to your e-mail once the item(s) is/are ready for collection.
