The Brooks Glycerin 23 is a neutral road running shoe built for maximum cushion comfort over extended mileage. The midsole uses DNA Tuned cushioning with zonal nitrogen infusion, including 2mm of additional cushioning in the forefoot, for soft landings and responsive toe offs. A wide platform supports smooth heel to toe transitions. The upper is a triple jacquard engineered knit for softness, breathability and a streamlined fit. The outsole is rubber, and the shoe has a lace up closure. It has an 8mm heel to toe drop, with a 38mm heel stack height and 30mm forefoot stack height, and weighs 10.6 oz per shoe.
