The Brooks Glycerin Max 2 is a neutral, maximal cushion road running shoe built for everyday training. The midsole uses DNA Tuned nitrogen infused foam with a dual cell structure, larger cells under the heel for soft landings and smaller denser cells in the forefoot for powerful toe offs. A GlideRoll Rocker shape with a beveled heel and curved toe spring supports smooth heel to toe transitions. The upper is a triple jacquard air mesh for breathability and adaptable midfoot support. The outsole uses a durable rubber compound with generous coverage. The shoe has a 6mm heel to toe drop, with a 48mm heel stack height and 42mm forefoot stack height, and weighs 11.1 oz (315 g).
