The Brooks Ghost 17 is a neutral road running shoe suited for running, long runs, walking and recovery days on paved surfaces. The midsole uses DNA LOFT v3 foam cushioning with a Segmented Crash Pad for impact absorption and smooth heel to toe transitions. The upper is a lightweight engineered mesh with 3D Fit Print construction for a secure, true to size fit. The outsole uses durable rubber placed in high wear areas. The shoe has a 10mm heel to toe drop and weighs 286g.
