The Brooks Hyperion Max 3 is a neutral max cushion road running shoe built for uptempo workouts, long intervals and faster paced training. The midsole combines DNA GOLD PEBA based foam with DNA FLASH v2 nitrogen infused foam for soft landings and responsive energy return, paired with a lightweight nylon SpeedVault plate for propulsion on toe offs. A RapidRoll Rocker geometry actively assists heel to toe transitions. The upper is a breathable engineered mesh with a soft knit collar and tongue. The outsole uses strategically placed rubber for durability and grip without added weight. The shoe has an 8mm heel to toe drop, with a 46mm heel stack height and 38mm forefoot stack height, and weighs 10.2 oz (289 g).
